5- Customizing Contact profile fields

Choose here your default contact fields to make them available in the forms. Pick only the information that would like to collect in your forms.

3 steps:

  1. Click on the "Forms" section of your organization
  2. Click on the form "Contact Profile"
  3. Toggle on and off the desired contact fields

What it looks like in a conversation (Agent view)

As you can see, (only) the 4 contact fields selected above are now available for the agents

Selecting Contact fields will allow them in the forms, but not make them mandatory.
