Extra MAC explained.

A MAC (or Monthly Active Contact) is a conversation between a unique end-user and the AMP, via any channel, for any number of messages in a given calendar month. 

=> An example: if you handle 350 conversations in a month (representing 350 unique users), we will count 100 extra MACs for that month; and that will represent 9 additional euros on your invoice.

Web1on1 offers a variety of plug & play bots (automated conversations) to aid both consumers and users.

Bots may handle entire conversations with your end-users (consumers) or act as an integrator between our your business systems (or Partner data sources) and the Automotive Messaging Platform.

Botpoints explained

Bots can be activated from the Botstore. They deliver a wide range of services, representing different values. This value is represented in Botpoints and only measured upon delivery of results. Botpoints start from as low as 0,01 Euro.

Think of Botpoints as a virtual currency. Web 1on1 counts Botpoints over the course of a month and charges you the total Botpoints used (1 invoice line).
